ORDER granting in part 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed Under a Pseudonym and for Sealing/Protective Measures. Petitioner shall proceed under the pseudonym "John Doe." All filings in this case shall refer to Petitioner as "John Doe." Petitioner may file under seal the exhibits referenced in the motion. The exhibits to the petition have been placed under seal.
