ORDER re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Clerk is DIRECTED to transfer this action to the Waycross Division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia for further proceedings. Petitioner previously filed a nearly identical § 2241 petition, which the Court transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Villasmil Lira v. Garland, No. 1:26-cv-00194-SCJ, Doc. 2 (N.D. Ga. Jan. 23, 2026). For the reasons stated in that ordernamely, that Petitioner's immediate custodian is the warden of the Folkston Main Detention Center, his place of confinement, which lies within the Southern District of Georgia.
