Calabretta on 3/9/2026: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2 ). Respondents shall file any Opposition to the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on or before March 16, 2026. Petitioner may file a Reply on or before March 18, 2026. Both parties should address whether they oppose conversion of the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order to a Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
