ENDORSED ORDER granting the Petitioners' 2 (Doc. 2-2) Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Respondents are hereby TEMPORARILY RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED from moving Petitioners A.E.T.M. and A.E.T.M. out of the Middle District of Florida until further order of the court. See Garcia v Quinones. et al, 6:26-cv-181-GAP-DCI Doc. 6 (M.D. Fla. Jan. 26, 2026). With respect to the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 2 (Doc. 2-1) the Court finds that:(1) Petitioners A.E.T.M. and A.E.T.M. are in custody under or by color of the authority of the United States, i.e., Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE); and(2) As noted in the Court's Temporary Restraining Order in Garcia, in addition to the fact that ICE has provided no justification for detaining two U.S. citizen minors, the Petitioners' detention is likely unlawful. Therefore, it is ORDERED that a hearing on this matter is scheduled at 1:00 PM on March 10, 2026, before the undersigned.
