TEXT ORDER: On March 13, 2026, this Court held a hearing on Mr. Hanlet Dario Mejia Alvarez's petition for writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 1 ). After considering the parties' arguments, the Court GRANTSthe Petition, and ORDERSRespondents to release him by the end of the day today (03/13/2026). The Court modifies its Order in ECF No. 4 to permit the Respondents to transfer Petitioner to the ICE facility in Burlington, Massachusetts to effectuate his release. Further, Respondents are Ordered to release Petitioner's property to him upon his release from custody. Lastly, Petitioner is subject to the same conditions of release as detailed in his most recent OSUP. An Order will enter in the coming days explaining the Court's decision to grant the petition.
