PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Petitioner's Motion to Enforce ("Motion") (DE 7 ). On March 13, 2026, the Court granted Petitioner's Writ of Habeas Corpus (DE 6 ) and ordered Respondents to "afford Petitioner an individualized bond hearing consistent with 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) on or before March 19, 2026, or otherwise release Petitioner... [and] file a notice with the Court on or before March 20, 2026, confirming and detailing their compliance with [the] Order." To date, Respondents have failed to file the notice required by the Court's Order and, in his motion, Petitioner alleges that they have neither given him an individualized bond hearing nor released him. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that, on or before 5:00 P.M. on March 24, 2026, Respondents shall file a notice with the Court confirming that a bond hearing has been provided to Petitioner, or otherwise immediately release him from custody.
