ELECTRONIC ORDER: Petitioner Antonio De Jesus Ramirez-Amaya agreed to voluntarily depart the United States by June 22, 2026. See ECF No. 7-2 at 3. And the Government advised in its response brief that the parties were expected to work to affect the voluntary departure and return of Petitioner to his home country promptly. ECF No. 7 at 2. By July 22, 2026, the Government shall file a status report advising whether Petitioner has been returned to his home country, and if not, whether he has been re-detained.
