Feb. 12, 2026)), it is ORDERED that: Respondents and those in privity with them are hereby TEMPORARILY RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED from moving Petitioner Maria Victoria Rodriquez Delgado out of the Middle District of Florida until further order of the Court.
