(IN CHAMBERS ORDER) by Judge David O. Carter: On March 20, 2026 this Court issued an Order 18 requesting a Joint Status Report "regarding whether there is any need for further litigation in this matter, and whether the preliminary injunction can be adopted as a permanent injunction and the matter then closed." On March 27, 2026 the Parties filed their Joint Status Report 19 and it appears that Respondents oppose the issuance of a permanent injunction. Accordingly, Respondents are ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why the Petition should not be granted and a permanent injunction entered by no later than April 6, 2026. Should Respondents fail to file a response by this date, the Court will grant Petitioner the relief sought as unopposed.
