ORDER: The court granted petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus on April 3, 2026, ordering that he be provided a bond hearing within seven days or released from custody under the same conditions that existed before his detention. (Doc. 7 .) On April 14, 2026, petitioner filed a motion to enforce judgment (Doc. 9 ) and subsequent briefing indicated petitioner had eventually received his bond hearing outside of the seven-day period the court ordered (Docs. 11, 12 ). The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement Online Detainee Locator System suggests petitioner is no longer in custody. IT IS ORDERED that Respondents shall have until October 14, 2026, to file a notice advising whether Petitioner is detained by the Department of Homeland Security within the United States, or Petitioner has been removed from the United States or is released from detention such that the motion to enforce is moot.
