ENDORSED ORDER RE 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus - New Case. Text of Order: The petitioner challenges her detention by the Department of Homeland Security. She seeks relief under the Due Process Clause and claims to be part of the classes certified in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, No. 25-CV-12664-PBS, 2025 WL 3687757 (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025) and Maldonado Bautista v. Santacruz, 2025 WL 3288403 (C.D. Cal. Nov. 25, 2025). The petition does not contain sufficient factual information to allow the court to conclude that the petitioner is a member of the Maldonado Bautista or Guerrero Orellana class, or to understand what other due process measures apply to her case. On or before March 9, 2026, the petitioner is ordered to supplement her petition with factual, non-conclusory information about her immigration history sufficient to substantiate her claims, including but not limited to information about the duration of her residence in the United States, criminal history, and the date upon which her immigration-related parole expired.
