ORDER denying 2 Motion for TRO. Because Petitioner has not certified in writing any efforts made to give notice to Respondents and has not provided the Court with any indication that removal is in any way imminent, the Court finds that he has failed to meet his burden under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion at ECF No. 2 is DENIED insofar that it seeks relief via a temporary restraining order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all remaining matters in this case remain referred to the Magistrate Judge for consideration in the first instance. Signed by Judge Stephanie L. Haines on 10/8/25. OPINION - For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court DENIES Mr. Vue's Motion for a T.R.O. (ECF No. 4 ). Whatever the merits of Mr. Vue's Due Process claims, this Court is barred by law from considering them. The Court will therefore leav e it to other judicial bodies with jurisdiction over his claims to assess whether the process that the Government is currently providing to Mr. Vue complies with the United States Constitution, and as more fully stated in said Opinion. Signed by Judge Stephanie L. Haines on 10/14/2025. (dlg)
