ORDER: Respondent John E. Cantu is dismissed without prejudice. San Luis Regional Detention Center Warden David Rivas is substituted for Respondent Unknown Warden Eloy Detention Center. The Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 2 ) is denied without prejudice.
