MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER by Chief District Judge David J. Hale on 11/18/2025: Lopez's petition for a writ of habeas corpus (D.N. 1) is GRANTED. The United States is DIRECTED to release Lopez from custody and provide her with a bond hearing before a neutral Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). The United States SHALL certify compliance with the Court's Order by a filing on the docket no later than 11/21/2025.
