ORDER: On March 11, 2026, the Court granted Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus. (Mem. & Order, Dkt. 11.) The Court also gave Petitioner 30 days to file, if he chose, an amended petition addressing the revocation of his deferred action. (See id.) More than 30 days have passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended petition; accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment consistent with the Court's March 11, 2026 Memorandum & Order and close this case. Petitioner's deadline to apply for fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act is within 30 days of a final judgment in this action. See 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(B). Ordered by Judge Pamela K.
