TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on pro se "Petitioner's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal of Habeas Petition" (Notice of Voluntary Dismissal) requesting voluntary dismissal of the present matter without prejudice (ECF No. 5 ) and Respondents' letter stipulating to dismissal of the action without prejudice (ECF No. 7 ). The Notice of Voluntary Dismissal is GRANTED, and this matter is DISMISSED without prejudice. The Court LIFTS its Order (ECF No. 2 ) prohibiting Petitioner's transfer from the District of New Jersey and Petitioner's removal from the United States pending further order of this Court.
