Memorandum Opinion and ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that: (1) The Verified Petition for Habeas Corpus [Doc. 1 ] is GRANTED; (2) On or before April 3, 2026, Respondents shall provide Petitioner a bond hearing, at which the Government w ill bear the burden of justifying Petitioner's continued detention.
