TEXT ORDER. The Court has reviewed Petitioner's "Emergency MOTION [for] Immediate release from ICE custody." ECF No. 19. To the extent that Plaintiff seeks expedited consideration of this motion, the Court notes that counsel has failed to comply with Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7(d)(1). Further, the Court is cognizant of the recent increase in activity in the United States Attorney's Office and ICE facilities across the country that may delay the process of obtaining the documents required to adjudicate Petitioner's motion. Accordingly, the parties are directed to confer and establish a briefing schedule that will allow counsel for Respondents to obtain sufficient documentation for meaningful argument and review by the Court. The parties shall file their proposed briefing schedule - including a memorandum of law from Petitioner either in support of the emergency motion pursuant to Loc. R. Civ.
