Calabretta on 3/2/2026: Upon review of Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, the Court believes this case would benefit from the appointment of counsel. Calabretta on 3/24/2026: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 1 ) and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2 ). Respondents shall file any Opposition to the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on or before March 30, 2026. Petitioner may file a Reply on or before April 1, 2026. Respondents should address whether they oppose conversion of the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order to a Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
