(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato: The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Petition"). (Dkt. 1 ). In his Petition, Petitioner alleges he complied with all conditions of his previous Order of Supervision. See (dkt. 1-2 at 1). To the extent Petitioner seeks to challenge the revocation of his Order of Supervision, he may file an Amended Petition raising such a claim. Additionally, in support of the Petition, Petitioner attaches a Proposed Order Granting Petitioners Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Petition. (Dkt. 1-3). As of the date of this Order, Petitioner has not filed a request for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") or other form of emergency relief.
