Pursuant to the Court's previous Order entered 3/11/2026, Petitioner may proceed on his mandamus claims by submitting the filing fee for a civil action. (Doc. 10, footnote at 2.) Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner resubmit the filing fee in this matter to proceed on the remaining claims.
