MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on March 2, 2026: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. (ECF No. 2 .) Respondents shall file any opposition to Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order by March 4, 2026.
