(ECF No. 2 .) Petitioner provides no basis to believe that removal from the United States is imminent, and the Court maintains jurisdiction even if Petitioner is moved to another detention facility outside this district. Vaskanyan v. Janecka, No. 5:25-cv-01475-MRA-AS, 2025 WL 2014208, at *6 (C.D. Cal. June 25, 2025). As such, Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 2 ) is DENIED. Petitioner's reply/traverse, if any, is due within 7 days of being served a copy of the respondents' answer/return.
