Text of Order: As discussed at the emergency hearing, the court will defer ruling on the emergency motion (doc. no. 5) until the respondents file, on or before March 9, 2026, a sworn statement detailing the date, time, and place of any transfer of the petitioner since the filing of the petition. Moreover, the petitioner shall not be transferred further or outside the jurisdiction of the United States unless the government provides advance notice of the intended move.
