TEXT ORDER - The Court is in receipt of the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No.1). In light of the Court's pending decision and to preserve the status quo, including Petitioner's continued access to counsel, during the potential briefing and hearing process, and pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. 1651, Petitioner shall remain in the State of New Jersey and shall not be transferred outside the State of New Jersey until further order of the Court. Respondent shall respond to the Petition by 9:00 a.m. on February 28, 2026, setting forth the steps it will take to insure that Petitioner receive the identified necessary medical care for his End Stage Renal Failure and all prescription medications. TEXT ORDER - In light of the joint letter setting forth the parties respective positions regarding Petitioner's current detention (ECF No. 8) and seemingly the inability to immediately address Petitioner's life threatening medical condition as a result of his detention;It is on this 28th day of February, 2026 ORDERED that Petitioner's 2241 Petition (ECF No. 1) is hereby GRANTED.
