ORDER re 19 Order. On December 5, 2025, the Court denied 2 Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, construed as a motion for preliminary injunction. The Court determined "it appears from [Petitioner's habeas] application that [he] is not entitled" to the writ. 28 U.S.C. § 2243. Accordingly, the Court ordered Petitioner must show cause why his 1 Petition should not be dismissed without prejudice on or before January 6, 2026. The deadline has lapsed and Petitioner has not filed any response to the Court's Order. Thus, the Court DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the 1 Petition. SO ORDERED by Judge Daniel D. Domenico on 1/12/2026. Text Only Entry (dddlc12) (Entered: 01/12/2026)
