ORDER by Magistrate Judge Susan Prose on April 2, 2026. For the reasons stated in the attached, the court GRANTS the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and orders Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing pursua nt to Section 1226(a) no later than seven days from the date of this Order. Respondents are also ordered to file a status report in order to certify compliance within ten days of the issuance of this Order. If Petitioner has not been provided with such a bond hearing at the time this status report is due, he shall be immediately released. (sbplc6, )
