Docket Text ORDER: Recognizing that this Court is bound by Eighth Circuit precedent, Petitioner Jorfrank Lugo-Solet is ordered to submit a supplemental brief of no more than 5 pages, no later than April 1, 2026, addressing the impact of the Eighth Circuit's decision in Avila v. Bondi, No: 25-3248 (8th Cir. Mar. 25, 2026) and providing any response to the Government's Notice of Supplemental Authority, Doc. 17. Further, the supplemental brief must address the need for a hearing, see Doc. 16, which would be held in Cape Girardeau, see E.D. Mo. L.R. 2.07(A)(3).
