Order [non-document]: The Court has examined the petition (ECF No. 1 ) and Petitioner's emergency motion for temporary restraining (ECF No. 3 ). Regarding the petition, the Court cannot say whether petitioner is entitled to at least some of the relief requested. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall forward a copy of the petition (ECF No. 1 ), the motion (ECF No. 3 ), and this Order, to all Respondents and to the Office of the United States Attorney, Northern District of Ohio. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, and for good cause shown, the Court orders Respondents to respond to the petition and motion by March 6, 2026. The Court will thereafter schedule a hearing pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, at which both the petition and motion will be heard.
