TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Respondents' 4 Letter Motion requesting that the Court modify the 2 Order to Show Cause and grant leave to "transfer Petitioner to Batavia, within the Western District of New York," and the Petitioner's 5 Response in opposition to the request. Respondents' request is denied. However, in view of the Respondents' apparent difficulty finding housing for Petitioner in the Northern District, if Respondent proposes earlier dates, the Court will further expedite the briefing and argument on the Petition.
