The matter is not set for a hearing though the Court may set one should it later be determined that a hearing is necessary. The Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order together with a copy of Petitioner's petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and the Motion on the United States Attorney.
