ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 03/25/26 ADOPTING 11 Findings and Recommendations and GRANTING 1 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Respondent shall provide Petitioner Molina Fernandez Marcos with a bond hearing before an i mmigration judge at which the government shall bear the burden of justifying Petitioner's continued detention by clear and convincing evidence, within 14 days of issuance of this order. Respondent is further directed to file a notice certifying compliance with the above provision within 7 days from the date of the bond hearing.
