ORDER. It is hereby ORDERED that: (1) Petitioner IS NOT to be removed or transferred from this district for any reason without this Court's permission; (2) Respondents shall file within seven days of this order either a notice indicating that the factual and legal issues presented in this Petition do not differ in any material fashion from those presented in Duarte Escobar v. Perry, et al., 807 F. Supp. 3d 564 (E.D.
