ORDER. This matter is before the Court on Petitioner Ricardo Moreno Santana’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief (“Petition”). (ECF No. 1.) Upon further consideration of the Petition and the Government’s response thereto (ECF No. 8), the Court is of the view that it would benefit from a reply from Petitioner that more fulsomely addresses his position on the automatic stay provision and ripeness issue raised by the Government.
