MEMORANDUM ORDER. It is ORDERED that that Petitioner's 1 § 2241 Petition is GRANTED, in part. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner with a standard § 1226(a) bond hearing before an Immigration Judge within ten (10) days of th e date of this Order. Respondents are ORDERED to file a status report with this Court within three (3) days of the bond hearing, stating whether Petitioner has been granted bond, and, if his request for bond was denied, the case-specific reasons give n by the Immigration Judge for that denial. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter partial judgment in Petitioner's favor pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58, forward copies of this Memorandum Order to Petitioner and to counsel for Respondents, and administratively close this action.
