ORDER. The Court advises the parties that it is actively reviewing Petitioner's Motion at ECF No. 3, as well as the briefs at ECF Nos. 8 and 9. In doing so, the Court notes Respondent's statement that, on November 10, 2025, the Immigration Court entered an order of removal for Petitioner from the United States to Honduras. (ECF No. 8 at 5). In light of this representation and others before the Court, both Petitioner and Respondents shall submit a status update to the Court on or before December 10, 2025, apprising the Court of the current status of Petitioner's immigration case. In addition to any other arguments the parties wish to make/updates they want to provide, they shall specifically address: (1) whether Petitioner has/is going to appeal the order of removal entered by the Immigration Court on November 10, 2025, and (2) whether factual developments in Petitioner's immigration case have mooted his claims.
