ORDER: Petitioner Morales Lopez has notified the Court that a Master Hearing is set before an Immigration Judge on October 29, 2025. (ECF No. 16 at 1.) It is the Court's understanding that, despite its name, a Master Hearing is akin to a scheduling conference, whereas an Individual Hearing is akin to a merits proceeding. Assuming this is the case, Morales Lopez is ORDERED to file an update by October 30, 2025 on the status of when his Individual Hearing will occur before an Immigration Judge. Petitioner is also DIRECTED to provide the Court with a status update summarizing the Immigration Judge's decision on the merits of his case by no later than 3 court days after said decision has been issued. ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's Reply in Support of Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Reply") 26, which is 19 pages in length. The Court notes that Petitioner's Reply exceeds the 15 page limit pursuant to this Court's Revised Practice Standard III.C.1, which states that the page limits for "Habeas Corpus Briefs... Motion and Response [shall be]: 30 pages; Reply: 15 pages." Solely in the interest of justice, however, the Court will not strike this filing, but counsel is advised that any further filing which exceeds an applicable page limitation, without prior leave of the Court, will be summarily stricken. ORDER: This matter is before the Court on 23 Petitioner's Motion for Leave to Amend and Supplement Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Motion"). Given that the Motion is unopposed and remains pending, and the granting of which would likely moot both Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 ("Petition") 1, as well as his pending Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 14), the Oral Argument on the Petition presently set for November 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. is hereby VACATED. The Court will reset the hearing, if appropriate, by way of a separate order. SO ORDERED by Judge William J. Martinez on 11/14/2025. Text Only Entry (wjmja, ) (Entered: 11/14/2025)

ORDER: The Court is of the understanding that two hearings are scheduled to take place this week in the immigration court with respect to Petitioner Morales Lopez: (1) a December 8, 2025, individual hearing as to Morales Lopez's removal; and (2) a December 10, 2025, bond hearing on his custody redetermination.
