ORDER If Petitioner is being detained in Minnesota, Respondents are ENJOINED from removing, transferring, or otherwise facilitating the removal of Petitioner from the District of Minnesota until the Court issues an order on the pending Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 ).
