ORDER: Respondents United States Department of Homeland Security, United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, John E. Cantu, Executive Office for Immigration Review, and Eloy Immigration Court are dismissed The Clerk of Court must substitute Eric Rokowsky, Warden of the Eloy Detention Center, as Respondent for Christopher Howard. The Petition is denied insofar as it requests a Temporary Restraining Order. Counsel for Petitioner must immediately serve the Petition 1 on Respondents.
