MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE 2 by Judge Cynthia Valenzuela. The Court ORDERS as follows: Respondents must release Petitioner and remove all restraints on his liberty including removing the guards or other security personnel in or near Petitioners hospital room at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
