ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner's motion for TRO (Doc. 2 ) is denied. This determination is, however, without prejudice to Petitioner's ability to renew his request for relief once his detention exceeds the six-month mark. Addition ally, because the Court declines here to consolidate resolution of the TRO with the Petition, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents must answer the Petition within 20 days of the date of this Order. Petitioner may file a reply within 10 days of t he date of the answer.
