MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 3/17/2026. Before the Court is the 11 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order filed by Petitioner Duc Doan. Petitioner argues that he faces irreparable harm if Respondents are not enjoined from continuing his indefinite detention or removing him to a third country. (See Mot. TRO 2:3-5, ECF No. 11). While Petitioner does not request expedited briefing on the 11 Motion, the Court finds that the Motion should be handled on an emergency basis. Moreover, the Court will advance the deadline to respond to the 9 Amended Petition to prevent duplicative briefing. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents must file a Response to both the 11 Motion for TRO and 9 Amended Petition no later than March 24, 2026. (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - JHM) (Entered: 03/17/2026)
