The response and its attachments remain defective. First, the certificate of service continues to refer to service upon Petitioner of a "courtesy copy" of Respondents' opposition papers, yet, as counsel for Respondents has and continues to concede, proper service of Respondents' opposition papers has never been effected upon Petitioner - in other words, the service is not a mere courtesy. Second, the certifying employee on the certificate of service represents that service was effected on 12/18/2025. Under the circumstances, that cannot be true. Accordingly, no later than 1/28/2026, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents SHALL FILE a corrected certificate of service that remedies the defects noted above.
