ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Clerk of Court must substitute Eric Rokowsky, Warden of the Eloy Detention Center as Respondent for "Unknown Party, Warden, Facility Administrator of Eloy Detention Center." Respondent John E. Cantu is dismissed. Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 3 ) is deniedwithout prejudice. Counsel for Petitioner must immediately serve the Petition (Doc. 1 ) on Respondents. If not already issued, the Clerk of Court must issue any properly completed summonses. The Clerk of Court must immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and the Petition to the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, to the attention of Melissa Kroeger, Lon Leavitt,Theo Nickerson, Dina Anagnopoulos, and Mary Finlon.
