ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. 1. The petition for writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. 1 ) is GRANTED as to Petitioners Jose Flores-Velazquez, Maurilio Medina Ramirez, Jose Mejia Gonzalez, Ismael Montiel Moreno, Roberto Us Chan, and Pablo Vargas Marcos and DENIED as to Petitioner Erick Serranos Ramos. 2.
