ORDER re 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Frank Higiro. TEXT ORDER: The Government shall file a Response to Mr. Higiro's Amended Motion to Enforce Judgment on or before Friday, April 3, 2026. The Government is also ordered to produce, on or before Friday, April 3, 2026, any exhibit, including a hearing transcript, digital audio recording, and/or bond order, that evidences the Immigration Judge's finding at Mr. Higiro's March 19, 2026 bond hearing that he poses a danger to the community and that alternatives to detention are not sufficient to mitigate the danger. Once the Government has filed its Response, the Court grants Mr. Higiro leave to supplement his Amended Motion to Enforce Judgment. Finally, the parties are reminded that the Court's order barring Mr. Higiro's transfer outside the District of Rhode Island without 72-hours advance notice remains in place.
