ORDER re: : 1 "Writ of Habeas Corpus" and 2 "Emergency MOTION for Temporary Restraining Order". The request at Docket No. 2, p.2, is granted. Respondents shall not transfer petitioner outside of the District of Puerto Rico until he has been granted a bond hearing and the petition at Docket No. 1 has been ruled on. Further, not later than February 27, 2026, respondents shall provide petitioner with a bond hearing before an immigration judge. If respondents fail to provide such hearing by this deadline, they shall immediately release petitioner. Not later than March 6, 2026, respondents shall: (1) file an informative motion confirming that petitioner has either been granted a bond hearing in compliance with this Order (and whether bond has been posted) or been released from custody; and (2) respond to the petition at Docket No. 1.
