OPINION AND ORDER granting Eder Herlindo Toledo Pantaleon's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Within ten days of this Opinion and Order, the respondents shall either (1) bring Toledo Pantaleon for an individualized bond hearing before an im migration judge or (2) release Toledo Pantaleon under reasonable conditions of supervision.
