Melendez must live at the fixed address identified in his Proposed Release Plan [Dkt. No. 7] and appear at the bond hearing once the government notifies him of the hearing's date, time, and location. ORDERED that respondents provide Melendez with a standard bond hearing before an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 14 days of the date of this Order.
