ORDER -- In the "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (28 U.S.C. § 2241) and Emergency Order to Show Cause with Temporary Restraining Order" filed on February 18, 2026 (the "Petition"), Petitioner states: "Petitioner has not had an opportunity to interview with counsel. Since Respondents have not yet provided Petitioner with access to any recent detention documents, nor the opportunity to review them with counsel, the factual allegations here are pleaded upon information and belief, except where otherwise stated. Petitioner reserves the right to amend or supplement this Petition as more facts become available." See Petition, ECF No. 1 at 1. Respondents shall, by 12:00 p.m. on February 20, 2026, file (under seal if necessary) any documents from Petitioner's immigration file relevant to the issues raised in the Petition. By 5:00 p.m. on February 23, 2026, Petitioner shall file an amended Petition or a letter indicating that he does not wish to amend the Petition.
